Cafes in Bombay I love to visit.

Cafes are some of my favourite places to visit. They bring my academic aesthetic mood-board to life by giving me a sense of motivation and creativity. The change in environment with the white noise of the clicking of cups and the grinding of coffee beans gives me a sense of comfort. To a coffee lover like me the lingering smell of coffee in these cafes is what draws me to visit them. Here are some cafes that are one of my favourites and should visit in Bombay:-

1. The Kalaghoda cafe:- The cafe located in the fort area of Bombay is one of my favorites. This tiny little cafe has rustic wooden interiors with a bare white brick wall complementing its minimalistic modern furniture. It is a place where you can bring your dark academic aesthetic to life. It is a good place to take yourself out for a “me time” or to just boost your creativity and motivation to complete your college assignment. The classic waffle with a drizzle of dark chocolate syrup paired with a good cup of coffee is all you need.

2. The Kitchen garden:- Located in BKC has a very fresh, nourishing, and cheery vibe. The simplistic interior with many potted plants and the minimalistic white, brown, and green colors gives the whole place a very organic feel. It is one of the places you can guarantee a filling and healthy meal with a wide variety of vegan meals. The place will make you love your greens.

3. The Craftery by Subko Coffee:- is a specialty cafe in Byculla that every coffee lover should go to. The brick interiors, with splashes of green and blue here and there, make its decor minimalistic and cozy. It serves a range of specialty coffees ranging from hot coffees to cold brews. Along with its variety in coffees, it serves a range of baked products. The tastefully crafted twice-baked blueberry cheesecake croissant paired with a cappuccino is all I needed. The lingering smell of coffee makes it hard to leave this place.

4. Boujee Cafe:- The discovery of this cafe is the definition of serendipity. This tiny little cafe located in Bandra west makes for an amazing well-balanced cup of coffee. The cafe’s iced latte paired with a piece of its baked blueberry cheesecake is a combination you have to try. As this cafe is hard to find, it makes the ideal spot to come read a book in peace with a good cup of coffee. Along with coffee and deserts, it serves a range of healthy dishes a customer can choose from to satisfy those hunger pangs. The modern minimalistic interior is one of the perks, along with its good food and coffee.
